Enhancements Rolling Out Soon – Here’s What to Expect

Dear Artrepreneur Community,

As Artrepreneur continues to grow, we are excited to share updates that will improve your experience, streamline our offerings, and create new opportunities for you as an artist. You can expect these changes to roll out in the next few weeks. Below is a list of the upcoming changes:

Replacing Buy Direct & Print on Demand (POD)

To better align our services with the needs of our commercial clients, we will be discontinuing our Buy Direct and Print on Demand (POD) services. Our primary focus will be on Commercial Ready Originals, Limited Editions, and high-quality framed prints available through our Readymade Store, tailored specifically for commercial spaces.

Direct Sales for Original Artworks

As part of these updates, artists currently selling artwork via Buy Direct or Print on Demand (POD) will need to add a URL to their profile and artwork listings to facilitate direct buyer connections. Moving forward, buyers interested in original works will be directed to the artists’ own websites for purchases, giving artists more control over their sales.

Thank you for being part of our community. We’re excited to support your journey as we evolve together!

Commercial Ready (CR) Badge

Artwork that meets our curatorial guidelines will earn a Commercial Ready (CR) badge, signaling high-quality pieces ideal for commercial settings. This badge enhances visibility on the platform, helping clients find premium works for high-traffic environments. Artists who wish to continue offering prints through Artrepreneur are encouraged to apply to our Readymade open calls.

Readymade Store (RM)

CR-badged artworks accepted into the Readymade Store gain exposure to a broader commercial market, where Artrepreneur manages printing, framing, marketing, and shipping—making the process seamless for both artists and buyers. Artists receive 10% of the retail price for each sale, with payments made monthly.

I want to sell originals or prints to commercial clients via ATP.art – what do I need to do?
Your work must first be badged Commercial Ready (CR) by one of our curators. To obtain the Commercial Ready (CR) badge, please apply to a Commercial Ready Open Call. For more details on this and other badges, please visit our All About Badges page.

Artists who receive the Commercial Ready (CR) badge have the opportunity to opt into the Readymade Program and sell prints on our Readymade Store.

I currently have artworks listed for sale in POD and/or Buy Direct on Artrepreneur – what will happen to those works?

You willl need to add a URL to your own website where interested buyers can purchase your artwork directly. For instructions on adding a URL to your artwork, please visit this Help Center article.
